I have just bee called by an Aisan gentleman purporting to be fromt eh Despatch team at the Central County Court of London. When pushed he said that they had taken over the claims for PPI following the changes coming in to effect in 2018. Beware this is a SCAM. The London County Court should be taking vigorous steps to stop such acmas being made in thier name.

Yesterday morning I received a call from the so-called Kensy Richie who claimed to have called from Despatch Team of Central London County Court. According to him I had a £4200 cheque to collect as a result of CCJ award following a mis-sold PPI to me by HSBC sometimes in 2007. I queried him for the facts of the claim which has changed to £7600 overnight. He became very rude and hanged up on me when asked to forward to me the snapshot of the cheque. I got a call this morning from a well spoken Asian sounding gentleman telling me he was from Londin County Court and they had been writing to me at my old address as I had won £6,700 for a PPI claim back in 2010. As I have had ongoing PPI issues I stupidly gave him my new address and he said he was going to arrange a courier to deliver the cheque to my door. Got a call yesterday from company saying they were from London County Court asking for my son. Turns out he had been awarded compensation following an accident.
