As with everyone else I have been charged £4.50 per week in October 2018 and have not subscribed to any service. Vodaphone has now blocked this number but is not taking any responsibility for the charges being made.

These scammers have taken 4.50 every Sunday morning over the last 5 weeks without my knowledge.. Vodafone seem aware of the problem and have given me a number to call to get a refund if they won't refund me they have given me the number of the phone pay authority regulator to complain.. this shouldn't be allowed to happen in the first place. I’ve had over £60 worth of fees that I consider fraud - no answer on the 03 number - speaks to quickly on recorded message to take down the correct email address - dilemma as vodaphone tell me I have to contact this number yet they don’t pick up! I have just checked my Vodafone latest bill as it was higher than I expected. I too have seen 4 x £4.50 charges from this number! The texts I received I deleted but have see I have been charged for these! Vodafone aren't open, so I will need to call them tomorrow to sort this out....not happy! A total scam. 03/03/2018 Indeed, this is a scam. I did not subscribe to any such service, but got a text message telling me I had and they charged me £4.50. I guessed it was a fraud but thought that their trick was to get people to reply and charge a super premium rate, so erased it as, as far as I was concerned, I had never subscribed. I check my mobile forecast bill several times a week and therefore called Vodafone who have blocked them and agreed to refund. I will be be checking week 2 to ensure the block

I didn't answer the call, but I saw on my Vodafone bill that I'm charged for £4.50 per week. I've got a text message that I'm subscribed for this UME Limited thing, which is provide free apps and mobile contents, but I've never seen this before, so I couldn't subscribe. It's a scam, I wrote an email to them, to try to get back my money and they offered me a 50% refund, and they said it was me who subscribed. £18 first appeared on my Vodafone wifi internet dongle in my bill for November useage as "purchasess".
