Go to SETTINGS-SAFARI-CLEAR HISTORY AND WEBSITE DATA, and this will clear the problem! Complete scam which was obvious upon speaking to them! If you do call just abuse the little mother f**kers!

Got a pop up link on my phone, then safari started to flush, I couldn't turn this off, switched off my phone phone several times, same issue. I tried to access my safari several times however was blocked off by a pop up message from apple support. I closed the internet down and tried turning my phone on and off several times. Eventually I called the number and had some Pakistani male answer who said I had been blocked for illegal activity on my safari, via an illegal proxy link.
