Called 4 times today, did the whole reciting my details trick (easily obtainable by googling my office phone number) apparently offering better electricity rates. Told them I wasn t interested on all 4 occasions yet they kept calling back to ask who was providing my electric. called several times claiming (in a thick indian accent) to be from "extra energy", asking for the owner of our small business by name. seems the callers are told to ignore whatever you say and simply proceed with claiming that they will beat our next monthly energy statement. if you refuse at this point they simply probe you for any more numbers they can call. asked last week for them to remove us from their list, caller stopped attempting politeness and angrily hung up. they still call.
